AFAIK, Nero has this option of burning a disk from an image, that is, don't burn the *file* whatever.iso on the cdrom, burn a cd using whatever.iso as its image. I'd try burning a sample disc just by setting the tracks with 0 second gaps, and if there's no disc-at-once box, try burning that disc and see if it comes out DAO. If not, you can always search through the help files - in the past, Nero's online help has been very useful for me. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
